A diverse population makes the NUgene Project unique. We seek to enroll participants from every background, regardless of age, income, race or religion—with or without medical conditions. If you are at least 18 years old and have been treated by a Northwestern-affiliated health care provider, you are probably eligible to participate in this research study.

Thirty minutes and three simple steps are all it takes to volunteer. You will:

1. Read and sign the NUgene consent form
2. Complete a short questionnaire
3. Have one tube of blood drawn

Participation requires only one visit; you can enroll when you visit a Northwestern-affiliated physician or you can schedule an enrollment appointment at your convenience.
